Highly Recommend for Travel Assignments!

What a wonderful, quiet home for a travel assignment! It's incredibly close to the hospital and conveniently located near great restaurants and shopping. The owner is very nice and accommodating. I would definitely love to stay here again for my next assignment!

Wonderful Property. Wonderful owner. Wonderful Area. 10/10. 5 Stars. Words really cant express how pleased I am with the results of our stay. The property owners were quick to respond whenever we reach out with a question. The property was well maintained. The location was perfect for our assignment. It was in close proximity to every restaurant and store. The mall was about 10 minutes away. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Convenient to hospitals!

This house is so cute and well decorated. It is very comfortable and remodeled beautifully. Neighborhood is quiet. Convenient to all local hospitals and restaurants. Backyard has a cute little sitting area to unwind. Beds are super comfortable. M is very easy to work with and responds very quickly to questions.

Perfect house in perfect location

This house is perfectly remodeled with amazing furnishings, a huge backyard with a deck, 2 bedrooms plus an office! and all the little things that make a home a home. Its in a perfect location right near downtown, restaurants and shopping, plus a very short drive to all Augusta hospitals. The owners are always available and very responsive despite being on another timezone. I enjoyed my stay here so much and would recommend anyone looking for temporary housing to stop looking and book this adorable home!

Wonderful Find

I was the first tenant in this house after it was flipped and they were really thoughtful in taking care of the tenants needs. The rooms are good sized with adequate storage. The kitchen is what sold the property for me. It is a larger kitchen, with beautiful new cabinets with lots of storage; with your basic needs provided as you'd find in most furnished properties. There is also what was once a small back porch that has been converted to a laundry room with new washer and dryer; plus a larger backyard with a furnished deck as well. Another thing that stood out for me and my experience was the owners, they were great. They were sincerely interested in making my stay as easy as possible and were very responsive to me. They are simply a text away and have local contacts in place for anything that may arise. The property is true to the photos. It's clean, quite and furnished to meet your needs. I would definitely rent this property again if I'm in the area.
