Comfortable Stay

I stayed for 3 months with my dog. Nice neighborhood, walkable to coffee shops and restaurants, easy access to public transportation, and close to 1-5 and west Seattle bridge for easy commute. Nice fenced backyard to enjoy on nice days, dog safe. Good storage for bikes, skis and paddleboard. Designated parking spot which is always nice. Kitchen was able to perform everything i needed; stove top was very efficient, toaster oven worked very well, and good supply of utensils and pots. The place stayed nice and cool during the summer. One thing to note is that you are near a busy intersection, you do hear traffic and firefighter/ambulance sirens often.

Such a spacious rental! Warm in the winter, cool in the summer, cozy furniture, comfy bed, and all basic kitchen needs at your fingertips! Fantastic location with quick access to I-5 and West Seattle Bridge, and a brief walk to the Beacon Hill Light Rail. And an amazing fully fenced back yard that my dog adored!

Cozy Stay

My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 months with our two dogs. We found the place to be very cozy, private, and quiet. The Homeowners, S and T, were very pleasant, quick to respond, and were more than happy to accommodate us when we needed to extend our stay a little longer. The location was also great as it is only minutes away from downtown and just a short drive to all the hospitals in the Seattle area with quick access to the highway. We would definitely recommend this place to other travelers!

Great Place To Stay!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for the spring and loved it! The owners were extremely pleasant and very accommodating. It was spacious, clean, and quiet. There is a nice sized back yard that was secluded for morning coffee, and the shade made it cool for the afternoons. There is a large park just up the street with great views and sunsets of the city. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance, and theres a great brewery called perihelion brewery. Its close to downtown so you can easily catch a ballgame or a football game. We would highly recommend staying here!
