Great home away from home

I stayed with D and F in October 2022. I was quite nervous as I had not shared dwellings with anyone in quite some time. But I was pleasantly surprised and felt lucky to have stayed there. From my very first conversation with D, her warmth and care came through her voice and made me feel at ease. She was very attentive, respectful, helpful, considerate and just an all around great host. I had privacy and since I worked from home I also needed a quiet place, which I had. The room was very comfortable. I felt at ease being in the common areas. The house is very close to public transportation and to downtown San Diego. Would definitely stay there again.

Home away from home!

Boy did I strike gold when I found this property. Quiet, friendly neighbors, great little oasis complete with a small fire pit to relax after a stressful day. The host is by far the best part of the experience. They are friendly, respect your space and are responsive to any issues that might arise. D and F quickly became like family and want nothing more than for you and your pets to have a great stay. They offer a gated parking space in front of the camper that'll fit a mid-size sedan or small truck. Bedding and sheets are provided, all the appliances work great plus there's a Keurig, conduction cook top, slow cooker and a small air fryer. You don't have to bring any amenities so don't overpack like we did you don't need to bring the kitchen sink. Great location, close to major freeways, attractions and numerous hospitals. I promise you will have a great and memorable sojourn.

Charming couple with small dog.

The place fit all the needs of my last-minute search. I felt lucky to find a pleasant refuge with such a nice couple. They do have a small dog that was not bothersome. The parking was kept with cones to keep my spot open. It was an overall good experience and close to all the hospitals in the vicinity.

Garden Review

Such a great place to stay. Very accommodating host and great location to NASNI and 32nd Street Naval base. Fairly quiet neighborhood and safe.
