Feels Like Home

I cannot say enough nice things about Tiffany and her property. The space is well kept and you can tell she put a lot of love into it. Being away from home for work can feel alienating and having a cozy home to reside, cook, and entertain friends means the world. Tiffany was always responsive and helpful when needed, and just overall a wonderful human. The chickens (my girls) brought me so much joy and there were always fresh eggs for us. The location is only a 10 minute drive from East Nashville and 15 minutes from downtown. We always felt safe and the house was equipped with everything we could need. I highly recommend staying at this cozy home.

Home away from home

We had an amazing stay here. Tiffany was a fantastic host, very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. She even worked with us when our job got extended. The home is so cute and quiet, with a large backyard for our pup. Conveniently located near grocery stores and had quick access to the highway and downtown. We felt very safe at this home and on walks through the neighborhood. The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you could need if you like to cook, which was great for us. We would highly recommend staying here!

I had a great time staying here! Cutest little 2 story. The landlord is the most kind and down to earth person. She would even offer to walk our dogs if we were going to be gone all day. Her family was always so polite to our pups, and I know my pups enjoyed greeting them on our walks. Would recommend.

Cute House in a Quiet Neighborhood (Great for Night Shift)

My partner, our three dogs, and I had a great experience staying at this house while travel nursing at St. Thomas West. The house is spacious with some cute vintage touches that give it a charming, homey feel. The yard gave us plenty of room to walk our three dogs, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and with minimal traffic by the house. The neighborhood itself is situated off of a main road which gave us easy access to any stores we might need as well as highway access to get into downtown quickly. As a night shift nurse, sleeping during the day wasn't an issue as the main bedroom is situated on the far side of the house away from the other units. T, the host, did an excellent job making us feel welcomed in her space. She was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to messages. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and if we ever make our way back to Nashville we would gladly stay here again.

Tiffany is so wonderful! She made me feel so comfortable in booking my stay when I was booking from out of town. Very friendly and accommodating when it came to making sure I felt safe and comfortable booking with her. She also was very responsive and helpful. Her place is a great price for the space and in a quiet neighborhood. Not far from downtown which is also a plus!
