Clean new house, safe quiet neighborhood

I moved in intending to stay for a month or two and ended up staying a full year. M and G were kind and responsive throughout and I appreciated the occasional casual friendly contact in the house share over a wfh year spent largely in front of my screens. There are walking trails within a 1/4 mile and wooded creek access is not far (it is however a steep bike ride into town!). Basically everything is new/clean/works and I found it a very easy place to live. I left to spend the fall on a bicycle tour. An important (for me) note: I'm very sensitive to mold and had absolutely no issues at all here.
