3 month stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 months here while working in Franklin. K and her pup live in half of the unit, which is closed off from the rental side. I questioned if she and the pup were ever actually home because I never heard them, not once my whole stay. Haha. The unit is stocked well with everything you could need. I had hoped to extend my stay but the hospital ended up not needing me any longer. If I am ever back in the area, she will be my first contact.

Great place!

Quiet and a great place for a rental! Very close proximity to Brentwood which was nice. K was attentive, kind, and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a short-term rental that's away from the crazy traffic and noise! Safe and homey.

cozy, safe little spot

This place is like ten minutes from Tristar southern hills. Its a convent location from downtown and the airport. I had no issues with my stay. Its a nice quiet safe place to stay. K was great. She was quick to notify me of any inclement weather or anything I needed to know. I enjoyed my stay.
