Private BEDROOM/BATHROOM inside the main house in an upscale community on an old golf course. I'm a Las Vegas native & the northwest is an ideal area to reside in this valley. This is a 6 bedroom approx. 3500 sq ft. newer home that is owned by us, in a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood is conveniently located near shopping, but far enough away in a residential beautiful area. Your area upstairs is private.

The bedroom inside the house is accessible through the main front door. Included is a mini fridige/microwave & it's fully furnished. There is a 2nd fridge downstairs that can be used & the shared full kitchen, which is quite large.

Private bedroom & private bathroom upstairs. The tenant would be the only one upstairs. The room is very clean & fully furnished. Landlords are a quiet family that are accomodating, friendly & helpful. The neighbors, neighborhood & area of town is lovely & convenient.

Amazing! Must Stay!
The casita is located in an upscale neighborhood with friendly neighbors and super close amenities. The court yard is a perfect place to read a book and relax, it was a nice extension of the casita. Jon and Kahina are super friendly and so extremely easy to work with. I highly recommend this place. You wont find a better value or better landlords.

I stayed in the casita while I completed nursing school. I'm grateful for this experience with J & K . They took care of whatever I needed, weren't intrusive in any way, & were always welcoming to me.
