This apartment has everything you need for a short-term stay. The place was more spacious than I had expected, and the large walk-in closet was great for storage. I also really appreciated having space to park on the driveway to keep my car off the street. The location is especially great with its close proximity to E NW Hwy, and the neighborhood feels very safe and walkable. During my month-long stay in April/May of this year, Tim was very responsive and helpful anytime I reached out, and he was very conscientious of making sure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed.

Decent place, great location. Tim is awful. I booked his place over the phone using Venmo (which he insisted on using.) I stayed there for 2 months with my dog in February and March this year. I told him I would not be renewing around week 6. Without my consent, Tim showed my active living space to two realtors. Tim also complained about dog hair AFTER he charged for a cleaning fee (thats what its for) Tim then refused to return the rest of my $1000 deposit claiming he has phone or bank issues.

great stay!

I had a great stay with everything I needed! There's a private entrance and private fenced yard which was awesome for traveling with a dog. Tim went above and beyond for me and my dog while there! The studio has a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry! If I come back to Dallas I'd stay here again for sure.

Great Stay

Stayed here for 6 months with no issues. Is a nice quaint studio with all necessary amenities. A nice walk-in closet and large cabinet provides plenty of storage. Greatest feature is having the stackable washer and dryer, so no going to a laundry mat. Youre own private entrance. A patio on the backside allows you to enjoy the outdoors after work. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. T is a great host and is providing a great option for someone looking for a short term rental. Thanks for everything T!

Great little garage apartment

Very nice, comfortable garage apartment. Owner is very friendly and easy to get along with. Convenient to Krogers and other stores. 20 minutes to downtown. Couldn't be happier. Thanks, Tim!

Cozy Studio/ friendly host

This studio was a perfect space for me and my cat. It was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Quiet area with a lovely private backyard. T was very sweet and accommodating. If given the opportunity I would love to stay again!

Great cozy studio

I found this property both on Airbnb and furnished finder. The Studio is Owend by T, he is a wonderful human and very kind and considerate. He is more than a landlord and goes above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. The Studio is a small are perfect for up to two peoples and can sleep even three of you have a friend visiting. All the furniture are in good shape and the place was clean when we moved in. The location is very convenient to Dart system(train/metro). Nice neighborhood and a lot good restaurants around at Greenville. White Rock lake is 5 minutes away and is perfect for walk/run or just relaxing.

Perfect Condo, especially if traveling with pets!

I stayed here 3 months and currently renewed to extend at this property! Its perfect for me and my dog (German Shepherd) it has it private entrance, parking and private yard!!! Which traveling with a big dog this is PERFECT FOR US!!! No better host either than Mr Tim!! Very friendly, routinely checks with me to make sure everything is going well with my stay! The studio is attached to his home, but you have complete privacy! We have an occasional beer in his yard (which is colorful/beautiful)! If your there during the fall...THE FIRE PIT... Amazing!!! The location is perfect, its close to my job, close to downtown and not far for all the surrounding cities! Big plus is its also very close to White Rock Park, which my dog loves! Overall, so far great experience, no issues, great host, perfect for dogs, and great location!
