Communication with the landlord was difficult, and I was pressured to sign new lease terms I had not agreed to. When I raised concerns about the large dog moving in, not being introduced to my small 8 pound dog, after Kim had mislead me already and told me the current tenants dog was friendly. The other tenant she feeds him in the common area and leaves him in the living room all night. And she said doesnt trust her dog and it has had food aggression and attacked multiple dogs. Asked me if my dog and hers will be okay during the day left alone. Kim doesnt give notice to come into rental. Controls all codes on doors it, Malfunctions all the time. Hasnt returned my deposits when I moved early due to safety concerns of new dog, I havent met. And shared living spaces being used as dogs bedroom. And feeding area.

Arlington master bedroom

The master bedroom and bath is a perfect retreat from a long day of work or hiking. Theres 2 closets to store all your things and water toys. There is a good size back yard to relax or hang out with friends, or your pup. Parking can sometimes e an issue on Saturdays when neighbors are enjoying friends. Not too bad tho. The best part of the house is the near by park when you just want to get outside. Theres ample amount of coffee shops near by. The town of Arlington isnt too big, just 10 minutes from the house is the bigger town of Marysville which has bars and more things to do. The landlord lives right next door, but doesnt intrude on your space. She is happy to help with anything you might need. I did have the head of my shower break from just being old. By the end of the day it was replaced. You would not regret getting this apt.

Great Shared Home in Arlington

Current renter of the Master Bedroom/bath which is very large and has a walk-in closet and another regular size closet along with tub/shower combo. This hidden gem is located at the end of a quiet culdesac and the ideal setup for professionals not looking to spend a fortune. Location allows for easy access to local hospitals, Interstate 5, shopping, restaurants, outdoor activities and much more. Old Town Arlington is a charming place with lots of hometown pride and community events. The LL (K) lives very close and is quick to respond to any questions or issues that you may have. Definitely would rent from K again.

Quiet, Calm, Relaxing

The property is located within a quiet cul-de-sac and minutes away from any convenient local grocery stores, restaurants, banks, etc. For additional peace of mind, the landlord lives next door and is always accessible, friendly and, most importantly, persistent whenever household concerns are brought to her attention. The comfort of my stay, the cleanliness of the home/community, and the commute to and from work are well worth it. I could not have chosen a better place to stay thus far.

AWESOME ACCOMODATION

Currently staying at this apartment and I can tell say it feels so much like home. K is an exceptional home owner who attends to all of our needs whenever needed. The environment is relaxing and super conducive. I couldnt ask for more. It is 10mins from Cascade Valley Hospital where I work. Happy to be staying here during my stay

Excellent shared home in Arlington

I absolutely love this house. I have enjoyed staying here because its safe, very clean, well maintained, and its very close to the hospital I am contracted (15 min drive). K, the owner, is wonderful! She lives very close and is always a txt away or happy to help with any issue, whether it be maintenance or a suggestion on where to eat. She is a fabulous and I cannot say enough good things about her. I would stay here again without a second thought. I rent the largest part of the home (Unit 4). I have a bedroom, living room, kitchenette (everything except a stove/oven) and bathroom with a nice shower. The washer and dryer are located in my space but all the other residents try to do laundry while I am working or txt me to make laundry plans. Everyone has been professional and courteous. I have enjoyed my stay. There is a big fenced backyard with cute patio furniture when it is nice outside and I am very close to shopping, and restaurants. Excellent find

Gem of a property

This is such an ideal setup! No awkward living situation in someone elses home. The owner lives very close by and is very responsive to all requests. The home and rooms are clean, neat, and cute. I stayed in the master suite, which was very large. The TV was very good sized as at least 55. I felt very at home and safe there. If I ever do a traveling position again in this area, I will purposefully seek out this property to stay! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great place to stay!

This place is such a good find. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking. The bed was comfortable and bath was nice. Each room had a their own TV which was very nice. K was always there if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place.

Great Stay

This place was exactly what I needed in a temporary stay! It has all the amenities you could need, and K was always on top of getting anything I might want! She was quick to reply anytime I had an issue (which wasn't often), including the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night, she came right over with new batteries! I was very comfortable here and would recommend it to any traveller going through the area!

Clean, Quiet & Cozy

I was very fortunate to have found this location, home and landlord. I'm less than 10 min away from Cascade Valley Hospital and this place provides me and my dog with such a quiet, safe, clean and cozy environment. It's spacious and K has thought of everything that we needed to make our stay wonderful. She is so easy to communicate with and is very attentive. I would highly recommend staying in any of this home's rooms.

Safe, Quiet Area!

Love staying here! Its in such a great area - very quiet and safe. I worked night shift and never had any issues at all with loud neighbors, so I was always able to sleep. Close to town so everything is close by such as grocery stores and restaurants and if you dont want to go out, door dash offers a lot of great local places! Theres also a lot of hiking trails pretty close by that are beautiful. House had everything me and my roommates needed and if not, within reason, the owner got it for us! Never had any issues. The house also has a pretty large yard with a firepit where we spent most of our time. Also loved how each unit was provided with an AC unit which is SO rare in WA - being from the South this was a necessity! Would definitely recommend staying here.
