Fabulous stay great location!

Location Location Location! I worked at Cedars for a few months so this apartment is in a great location ! Its less than a 5 minute walk to Cedars Sinai and down the block from the Beverly Center and Connection, many restaurants , shops and gyms. The unit was clean , fully stocked and furnished . The owner of this property is very kind and responsive and was super attentive to all of my wants and needs. If Cedars asks me to come back , I will definitely stay here again !

Beautiful place and great location!

The host was very friendly and responsive and the apartment was very clean and exactly like the photos! Great location and very close to many hospitals. Would definitely recommend and stay again :)

Great location!

I found this place when looking for a furnished, short term lease and was super excited that this unit fit all of my needs. The flexibility to change or extend my stay was really appreciated. The location is perfect in terms of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping near by. The Beverly Center, the Grove, and all of the 3rd street shops are in walking distance. The neighborhood itself is also very residential and bordered by some of the main busy streets. One thing to take into consideration though is that the apartment is a little bit far from a main highway, so just take that into account for commute time to other places. The bedrooms and living space are really large and I think you get your money's worth in terms of space. The building itself is a bit older/ dirty-ish window sills etc, but they were able to take care of any fixes/repairs quickly and easily. The new wi-fi was really great for work from home. Great Location and Friendly Owner!!

D was awesome from the beginning!! She was very attentive and a pleasure to speak with. She provided a street parking permit which was awesome because the last place I used did not provide one. The place is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars. Beverly center has all your shopping needs along with Target and Marshalls all close by. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe. If you see this place do not pass it up!!

Great location

Great location to Cedar Sinai. I walked to work daily and felt safe. It is very close to major grocery areas, food and drink places and the mall. All within walking distance. I brought a car with- but if you dont have one, it shouldnt be a problem. Beautiful unit, with lively decor and great sunlight. The owner is very responsive and the whole move in transaction was very smooth. While they attempted to really work on the Internet I did have some issues with it, however they were quick to respond and work on fixing the issue. The curtains could use a bit of fix, but nothing that was a huge concern for me and I never even complained about it. Overall I loved my stay here and moving from Chicago for a short term was made very easy for me by the owners. I wouldve extended if I was planning to reside in LA longer.

Prime Location!

This is a Must Stay especially if you work at Cedars !! Its about an 8 min walk easier to walk than drive ! Beverly center is across the street and tons of amazing restaurants , shops, salons all down the block ! The owner is a sweetheart always willing to help and send handyman if something wasnt working . The apartment was fully furnished and stocked so I was able to cook and be comfortable. Highly Recommend this unit !

Good location but would not recommend

This property was so convenient if you are working at cedars. I walked to work every shift. It was also very close to grocery stores and other restaurants and shopping malls. The actual apartment was very outdated and although she was responsive, I needed many repairs which often interfered with my sleep working night shift. The kids above you also run around very loudly. Keep that in mind if you work night shift as well. The wi-fi was extremely spotty. I had to purchase my own router which was an added unexpected monthly fee. It was a very frustrating experience. I wish I could have gotten more comfortable, because it was such an ideal location

Fabulous Location!

I stayed for 3 months working at Cedars. Apartment was clean, furnished, and equipped with all the necessities. D is easy to speak with and very responsive. She's great! Location is an easy walk away from shops, restaurants, and Trader Joe's. Parking is accessible, my Subaru fit perfectly in my assigned spot. Only thing is that the wifi is poor but I was able to use here and there. If LA is where you need to stay, look no further this is the spot!

Great Location

This apartment is in a great location and very walkable to so many great restaraunts, and less than a 10 minute walk to Cedars Sinai. The unit is on the second floor in the back of the building and was very quiet and perfect for sleeping during the day while working night shift. The apartment had everything provided for a comfortable stay and the landlord was very responsive and able to answer any questions. The wifi is a little bit slow and often cuts out, so I frequently found myself using my phone as a hot spot. Overall I would stay here again!

BEST LOCATION IN TOWN 4 CEDARS NURSES

I stayed here as I worked at Cedars Sinai and didnt even need to use my car to get to work or even the restaurants and shopping due to the excellent location (Big Plus These Days Saved on Gas $$) . The owners are extremely responsive and attentive to any inquiry I had throughout my stay. There is even Laundry Room in the building that is super convenient through an app on your phone that you Apple Pay/ CC. Most tenants in the building are young professionals kind friendly neighbors . Couldnt ask for a better location in LA !! And its all furnished, equipped , and ready to go !

Reliable

The owner of this property is very responsive and reliable in regards to her rentals. The unit was as advertised. Any repairs needed while I lived there were tended to quickly. The unit itself is maintained decently. The kitchen could use some updating. The main issue I had living here was the wi-fi connection was very poor, so if you are traveling with a partner who needs to WFH, this is not a place with reliable internet. I recommend they bring their own hot spot. I lived here alone and felt safe walking to Cedars for my shifts and it was also a great location in proximity to shopping/grocery/restaurants. Parking is also a huge plus, but the spot is a bit tight to get in and out of with a big car if the neighbors park poorly. Kids in the upstairs unit walk like they wear bricks for shoes, but if you can sleep through that type of noise, it's an otherwise quiet unit/area! I would stay there again given the options/pricing in the area can be scarce.

I stayed here for 4 months while doing a contract at Cedars Sinai and it was super convenient, the hospital was just a 10min walk away. There's also a Target, Trader Joes, a huge mall and tons of great restaurants all within walking distance. The apartment may be on the older side for some but the owner was always very responsive and quick about sending over a handyman to resolve any issues. I would definitely recommend this apartment for travel nurses!

Great place

This place was an amazing place to stay at! Everything was very accommodating and comfortable. I had everything I needed when traveling away from home for months. VERY close to Cedars-Sinai, about a 10-15 min walk. The landlords are very responsive and will come to take a look at anything that needs to be fixed. I enjoyed this apartment and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about living in LA.

This is an amazing unit ! I Would stay again no questions asked. The host is absolutely wonderful - 5 stars no questions asked. I stayed here for 90 days to be close to Cedars-Sinai . It was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished. Amazing location and within walking distance of several good places, the Beverly Center, the Grove , a block away from the hospital and many shops and eateries and Trader Joes. I highly recommend Daniella for her great apartment and amazing hospitality!
