Charming, private, recently updated unit in quiet York, ME country setting- abuts large trail networks. 6 miles to York Village/Hospital, 6 mi to Kittery, 10 mi to Portsmouth.

My husband and I stayed here for a 13 week contract I was working at Portsmouth Regional. This is a great location. Easy low traffic drive from the hospital. The amenities here were top notch h. Modem decor and comfy furniture. The bedroom is dark for those overnight workers so that was great for me. I slept really good. I want to mention that there is a separate bedroom, because a lot of listing mention this, but it is not an actual closed off room. This bedroom has a sliding barn door, so my husband could do whatever...and not have to worry about waking me up. So if that is important to you, you are set. The kitchen is cute and has everything you need. The grill and yard was nice and private. You can see the lake from the porch. We were there in the winter , but the fire pit and gas fire pit would have been great in the summer and fall. The owners were very responsive throughout the process and stay. Overall great place and would def stay again if in the area.

Absolutely beautiful property tucked away in a quiet area. The living space is very well laid out and they truly do equip the space with everything you need to feel right at home. The porch is a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day or to drink coffee and watch birds in the morning. We loved our time here and would definitely come back if the opportunity presents itself.

This is an awesome little apartment in a great location. Only 15 minutes to the ocean and close to amenities while still being in a quiet location. J and his daughter were extremely responsive and helpful whenever needed. It has everything you need for a short or long term stay. I also really loved all the nearby trails and preserves. Would definitely recommend to others and would definitely stay again!
