Beautiful house in a beautiful area

We love this house - it's large enough with 2 bedrooms, an office, a large living area and full kitchen. The house is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and very picturesque. A short walk by the lake to Trader's Joe, Publix is also very close, very conveniently located near all the dinning places in Winter Park. Very nice landlord too!

Just What I Needed

I really enjoyed my stay here! The area is quiet and surrounded by great neighbors, with plenty of restaurants nearby for convenience. The space itself is very cozy and comfortable, with everything you need right at your fingertips. The landlord was amazingsuper helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Highly recommend!

Great Experience at Marla's place

The place is clean and has enough storage and kitchen space. Suitable for 1 person stay but does include a couch if you have a guest. I enjoyed my time at Winter Park. M is a super host and very professional with her tenants. She respects your space and privacy. The location is very quiet, walkable to stores and nice lake view. There is a parking spot, but if its occupied, street parking is very safe.

Definitely a five stars !

Everything was perfect and very clean and it is a very quiet area. Just nearby you have a beautiful lake! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is complete, you have all the necessary utensils to cook and a very large fridge. You have a lot of space for all your belongings, which is really nice. You have a large living room and it is very pleasant to stay there. There is also a room with a washing machine and a dryer. And don't forget that there is a garden just for you which is great to have coffee in the morning or a drink at the end of the day! In short, it's just like being at home. The communication was fantastic with M, she really listens to your requests. The neighbors are very respectful and willing to help you out at any time. You are in the Winter Park area which is very safe and has all the amenities you need such as excellent restaurants, supermarkets, etc. .... I would not hesitate to recommend it to others and iwould love to stay there again. Thank you M!

Just like home but better

I hade the pleasure of living here for six months while on travel nurse assignment. It was a perfect stay, pictures cannot do it Justice. The owner was amazing and you can tell she put a lot of love into setting this rental up as a home and not just a rental. Every detail was thought of-the furnishings are so comfortable clean and stylish, the kitchen was so functional with everything you could want for fixing meals, there is a surprising amount of storage space, and it was spotless! I am a night nurse, and there through the hottest Florida months, and I always had a very cool, comfortable and quiet sleep. I loved hanging out in the front or back yard, its like a private paradise. It is close to everything but the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful with brick streets, huge oaks and a lake at the end of the street. I loved the family feel of the neighborhood and the next door neighbors were so friendly and amazing. I really feel blessed to have found it. A hidden gem!

Lovely & Quiet Cottage

I am so thankful I was able to stay at this delightful cottage for 4+ months. It has everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay: full kitchen, ample living space and a full bathroom. There is plenty of space from a wardrobe and dresser, bookcase, fold out coffee table and even storage on the TV stand. The layout is super functional and having laundry on site is icing on the cake. The outdoor space is wonderful with a table and sitting area, landscaping and lots of birds. The owner is absolutely delightful and has done a fabulous job making the cottage comfortable and unique. The neighbors are wonderful and the neighborhood itself is great for walking along the lake, easy access to the freeway and the city of Winter Park. I feel very safe at this cottage and in the neighborhood in general. I highly recommend this cottage for a traveler.

Amazing little cottage.

This place has everything you need for a short term stay. The square footage is small, but the layout makes it feel much more spacious. I only stayed here one month because I moved over to the bigger connected unit to prepare for my wife's visit. The bigger bed being the difference. The living room has a huge sectional that's super comfortable. A neat coffee table and tv stand that both folds out to provide the space you need. The kitchen has a decent size fridge and a full size microwave and a huge sink. The bedroom has a neat feature where the closet is behind the bedroom door. The bathroom has a full shower/tub, toilet, sink and a full size closet. Super nice area with a huge lake at the end of the road. Everything you need is in walking distance and the whole area sidewalks are walker friendly. M is super friendly and works hard to take care of her properties. The neighbors A and J are super friendly and are willing to help you if you need anything. I will visit again!
