Great little home with a huge yard
Loved the house and yard. Our large dog had plenty of room to play. Having two bathrooms that, although small, were complete with tub/shower, was perfect. Kitchen has a full size fridge with the much appreciated dishwasher. Full size washer/dryer. One car garage with electric opener plus extra drive parking so no need to park on the street. The landlord was extremely responsive to any issues. I will definitely give C a call should we come back to Austin.

We enjoyed staying at this property as it was conveniently located to 35 & 290. Chris was great to rent from as he was friendly and quick to respond to make sure we were comfortable! Nice neighbors too! The bed was very comfortable and there was a tv downstairs that we were able to enjoy! Thank you for giving us a comfortable stay while we were in Austin!

Love this place!
This place is great. Fully furnished and 2 bedrooms, lots of space and I love the backyard. Chris and Maricela are so sweet and they made sure I had everything I need. They were available and accommodating if I needed anything or had questions. This place is homey with tons of cute touches. Plus its so close to everything in Austin. Would definitely recommend! Has everything you need and more.
