Fantastic Stay

Marv was a perfect and attentive host for us. He made an upgrade on the WiFi during our stay which was greatly appreciated. The apartment is exactly how it was described, right in the heart of Old Town. So many restaurants and bars just around the corner. Division St. can be a little loud at times, but that's part of it being in the big city. I cannot say enough good words about Marv, if we needed something, he was there.

Spacious apartment in Old Town

We loved our time living in this condo for 4 months! The unit is in the heart of Chicago with possibly everything you need all within walking distance or close public transit. Marv was very attentive and communicative and always willing to answer any questions we had. The unit itself felt safe and secure, with secured parking available for additional rent on the first floor of the building. My partner was able to work from home comfortably with the desk provided. Laundry was never an issue being in the shared common area. Can be a bit noisy at times as it is on the corner of a busy intersection. Overall, would definitely recommend this unit for its proximity to everything Chicago has to offer!

6 Week Stay

Great location right in Old Town. Close to everything that you need - grocery store, restaurants, public transportation (bus, brown line, and red line). Marv is incredibly responsive and was readily available to assist when I had any issues. Enjoyed my time here.

Great place, great host!

I had the pleasure of staying here for 3.5 months with my friend! M, the host, was an amazing host who was readily available for any questions! He was detailed in orienting us to the place and made us feel right at home immediately. The space was super cozy and spacious. It even had a nice fireplace for us to use! I would highly recommend this space if youre looking for a great space, and convenient location! It was within blocks of everything you could possibly need!

Cozy Apartment at a great location

I spent around one month in this apartment and had a great experience. The apartment is clean, has fast wi-fi, cooking utensils, bedding and a variety of supplies that made the living experience very convenient. The location is great as it near a couple of grocery stores, there are also lots of restaurants around and it is close to the Red line for public transport. Overall, it is a very nice neighborhood to be around. The owner of the property was very friendly and it was easy to reach out to him whenever I needed assistance. He really cares about providing a good experience to his tenants. I was very happy with the apartment and would definitely recommend it.

Great unit and location

I stayed at this unit for three months and I have no complaints regarding my stay. Everything I could have needed was there when I checked in - all I needed to bring was my clothing. It is in such a great spot with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and drug stores being just a short walk. M was a great host during my stay, welcoming me at check in and walking me through the unit and describing the area to me. If I ever had any questions, he was always available to message and responded quickly. There was a reserved garage parking spot for the entire three months I was there making driving in super easy (though I only ever had to use my car to drive to work since everything else is within walking distance). I would easily recommend this unit to anyone needing a long term stay in Chicago!

BEST location!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this property! Stayed here for a month and couldn't have enjoyed the location more. Literally across the street you will find some of the best restaurants and bars in the area. My favorite part is you can get anywhere from this location- whether walking, by taking bikes or riding the metro which has a stop just a block away! The condo itself was very spacious and clean! M was super quick to respond should we need anything and truly made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely be coming back to Chicago and staying at one of his properties again if possible!
