Fabulous Place to Stay!

My husband and I stayed here for 7 months while building our house - couldn’t have found a nicer place in Asheville! It is an easy walk to downtown and just a few minutes drive to Tunnel Road and all the stores there. Super convenient location. I rode my Ebike to work DT and it takes 6 minutes to get there, through a little park, across the bridge, up the hill and you are right at Pack Square. The street is quiet and neighbors friendly and respectful. The house itself has AMAZING views of the mountains and downtown- city lights at night are so pretty! We used the fireplace all winter long and really enjoyed the cozy vibe. I can’t say enough good things about our stay there. Honestly, don’t look any further … it doesn’t get any better than this!

Short walk to downtown and incredible sunset views!

This is the perfect spot for a short or long term stay in Asheville. The location is great - all of the restaurants, bars, and shops of downtown are a 15-20 minute walk from the house. There's also a Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Harris Teeter a 5 minute drive away. The property itself had everything I need for my 1 month stay. The kitchen is very spacious and stocked with everything you need to cook. They are also not lying about the great views. I saw some incredible sunsets just sitting on the couch in the living room (almost if not better than the ones I saw from the Blue Ridge Parkway). The hosts were very friendly, easy to work with, and responsive any time I needed something. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spot to stay in Asheville.

Perfect Asheville

This place is a gem! It is right down the street from Mission Hospital and a short walk to down town. It is one of the only places with a Mountain View that is this walkable. R was a very kind and responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.
