Ahwatukee Escape 2026

This rental property exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is ideal—close to great restaurants, shopping, GOLF, yet tucked into a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The immaculate three-bedroom home is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything a renter could possibly need. It truly feels like the owner has anticipated every detail to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The covered patio and backyard pool provide the perfect space to relax and unwind. One of the highlights is the easy access to scenic walking areas, with the South Mountains just a short stroll away, offering great hikes, biking and views. Overall, this is a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing time, a working escape or plenty of outdoor activities. 5* for me.

Ahwatukee home

Our month at Kathleens Phoenix home was very enjoyable.She is a responsive and thorough host and provided detailed information about the property or on any questions we had.The home is in a lovely quiet Ahwatukee neighborhood with quick access to everything. Grocery stores were 5 minutes away as were other shops and places to eat.The close proximity to South Mountain & golf courses was great. The home was spacious, well maintained & well stocked. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, grilling and patio eating including lots of cupboard space for groceries. There were plenty of towels including pool towels. The backyard was our favorite part of the property. Great chairs for enjoying the morning sun by the pool & comfortable patio furniture in a covered area for relaxing in the daytime shade. We enjoyed meals outside at the high top table and the fire table on cooler evenings. Great lawn space for playing the cornhole game provided and enjoyed fruit from the backyard trees.

Lucky to find

Our PERSONAL house flooded in June and we were lucky to find this house on Salinas. It was only a few blocks from our house and it was a wonderful we parked in the garage and in Arizona. That is a blessing not ever having stayed at anybody elses house or this period of time it was a lot of fun to experience, the subtle differences between the homes! The home was fully functional towels, pans, bowls, toaster, coffee, maker, refrigerator, washer, dryer, nice swimming pool, multiple TVs! We enjoyed the stay, and strangely we began to call at home when we talked about it the kitchen sink is automatic flow, and at first I did not like it but by the time the day was over, I was putting my hands under every sink expecting them to turn the water on automatically! K and B are really nice people you should go for it!

Awesome Home!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Spacious home, very well maintained. Great backyard to enjoy. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and great restaurants. Not far to Scottsdale and Tempe. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Kathy's Place

We really enjoyed our stay at K's place. The home is very spacious and beautiful. K was a great host and any issue that came up was take care of very quickly. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Loved this place!

This place had everything we needed and then some! It is obviously a well taken care of home. I loved having the pool and backyard seating to spend some time outside. The owners were very accommodating and responded to me immediately. There are grocery stores, restaurants, trail access and parks all conveniently accessible from the homes location. Highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful Home

This place was an outstanding and beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. The location is near shopping complexes, has easy access to the freeway, and access to hiking and biking trails from the home. Lastly, the renters are great to deal with and always accommodating. I highly recommend the place to others and will be returning next stay in the Phoenix area.

Casa Tuckee

This home is as described and well outfitted. The owners were generous with supplies and necessaries. ( yeah for all the hangers!) All in a quiet neighboorhood that was convenient to shopping, hiking, and pickleball. It is a fairly new rental property and the owners are working on updates (new flooring...new but needed a good cleaning in high traffic areas). An issue with a used "shedding"leather sofa which admittedly was a regretful purchase will likely be resolved as the owners were so very very responsive to any issue and it was nice to have a friendly neighbor as a liaison. Thank you for comfortable beds. Monthly rate not as advertised. We agreed to the higher rate but owner did compromise on deposit. With a few changes this property could easily be 5 star. K and B we enjoyed staying at your home and would recommend to others while considering our own return.
