BRAND NEW 3/2 house with yard close to beach hospitals

Beautifully maintained Gem of a rental. Very Home-y. Updated throughout. Spacious. Friendly neighbors and the owner is an absolut sweetheart. Very fair. Excellent value. The location is excellent as well. All of Daytona is 10 minutes. One of the best stays i have ever had! S

I recommend this home away from home for familys or couples. 5min drive to Daytona Beach. Nice fenced in back yard for your dog. We would stay longer but we bought our own place. The Landlord goes above and beyond to make your stay fantastic. The house has anything you will need for your stay.

This house is basically brand new and the owner is very down to earth and accommodating. The neighbor who helps manage the property is also extremely accommodating. My girlfriend and I worked a contract at the nearby hospital and also rode out a hurricane (Ian) at this property and we were surprised at how supportive and helpful the neighbor was. I would stay here again and Id recommend it to anybody whos looking for reasonably priced housing. Its also worth mentioning the owner refunded our deposit and we did not even have to ask. I appreciated the honesty and fairness very much.

home sweet home. Everything you could want was there. Cooking stuff, bedding, towels. P the neighbor was very helpful and friendly. Was perfect for me and my Dog.

I stayed here for a few months and it was honestly a great experience. S is so great to work with and shes an extremely communicative owner to work with regarding any questions or issues. I 10/10 recommend anyone to stay here. Amazing experience!
