Lovely home!

Really enjoyed my stay here! The place has everything you need and is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Nicole was very hospitable and welcoming which immediately helped me settle in. The home is also very close to major hospitals, and I commuted to the UW Montlake medical center by walking! Would definitely stay again:-)

My absolute favorite

This place was one of my favorite places I have stayed at. The owner, N, decorated the unit beautifully that it felt so homey that you forgot you were in a basement. The bedroom has two large windows that allows for natural light to come in as well as in the kitchenette area and another small window in the living room. There is a walk in closet and other storage containers within the unit that I was able to fit all my clothes (which I have A LOT). The unit can get chilly however it has two space heaters that kept me was during the colder months. The kitchen was perfect for me because I'm am not much of a cook, it has a hot plate and an air fryer/ toaster oven, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig and a mini fridge/ freezer. There is a washer/dryer right in the unit that is shared with N, which also worked great as she would work around my schedule. N is AMAZING, she is so friendly, professional, personal and accommodating. She made my stay in Seattle a very pleasant one.
