Quiet, suburban In-Law Suite with Full Bath, W&D, & Kitchenette

A cozy and quiet stay

I stayed here for a couple of months during a travel assignment. It was a comfortable and quiet place to come home to after a long day of work. I was a little unsure about not having a full kitchen at first, but it ended up being totally fine and more than enough for my daily routine. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect and safe for walks and runs. T and R were very easy to communicate with and were always helpful and accommodating.

Absolute best experience

Wow can't say enough positive things about my experience, I've stayed here with T and R for a little over a year while on contract, location is quiet residential and close to all the shopping and restaurants. The apartment is cozy, quiet, clean well equipped with all the essentials for a traveler. There is not a full kitchen, however it has a full size refrigerator and all the small appliances one would ever need to cook a hearty meal. It comes with a separate cozy bedroom, nice bath with great water pressure and plenty of hot water, washer/dryer makes things convenient. I worked nightshift and T and R were so respectful of my need for quiet during rest time, very respectful of my privacy as well. Genuinely good people. T made me feel so welcomed and made sure I had everything I needed to feel at home. If I ever return to the Richmond area I'm sure to stay here...Thank you T and R for an amazing experience.

Landlord from HELL

This was by far my worst experience with Furnished Finder. I've actually never had a bad experience until now. I paid a deposit of $750 when I moved in. I gave a 30 day notice that I was moving out, so I asked her to prorate the rent, since she had my paying on the 10, even though I moved in at the beginning of the month(that is a whole story in itself). When I moved out, I was told I would be charged $250 for cleaning and the space is no more than the size of a hotel room. I was also told that I had to wait 30 to 45 days to receive my deposit back. So, 46 days later, I get the deposit back and Joy has come up with all kinds of fees. The cleaning fee was $250. I was charged an additional $250 for trash removal. She made up some other stuff, so I paid $750 deposit and only got $152 back. So out of a $750 deposit I was charged roughly $600 for cleaning. Somebody please make this make sense. I also was locked out the residence at midnight of my last day. Had to sleep in driveway

Great in ALL Aspects!!!

What an amazing unit to be staying in!! Not to mention the location is extremely convenient and near lots of shopping centers and restaurants. I had the pleasure of staying here for a month and the property owner made me feel so welcome. any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner they were very attentive. Everything I needed was literally provided from the kitchen items, to sheets, to bathroom items, to laundry items. The unit was very clean and not to mention the maid service come every two weeks :) , the area is in a nice safe neighborhood , I worked nightshift and was able to sleep throughout the day without the concerns of noises being made. This place is a gem and I definitely will be back if I'm back in the area again!

Mechanicsville

This place has to it all! Close to area hospitals. With myriad shopping and dining options. The address was safe, quiet and peaceful. Conveniently located minutes from all the best the Richmond area has to offer. The Hosts were super friendly and and interesting. The place was stylish and comfortable.

Loved It

I was here for 3 months and loved it. The host was very accommodating. She was also truly an inspiration to be around. Always with a kind, uplifting message. The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The living room, bedroom, and bathroom are very spacious. The cooking supplies in the kitchenette were perfect for a single person. If I ever travel back to this area, I will definitely be reaching out to see if this space is available.
