Perfect house, great stay
This cozy home is perfectly located close to St. Vincents Hospital. There are also numerous restaurants, grocery stores, gyms and shopping in general nearby. The house had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The alarm system was a plus! I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe in this home. K was very responsive with any of my needs during my stay, and if I ever find myself back in Indianapolis, I will definitely be looking to stay here.

This property is exactly how it appears in the photos. My husband and I stayed in this house for 12 months. It is completely furnished, has all kitchen necessities, and full sized washer/dryer. The landlord Katie is helpful and accommodating and urgently responded to any of our needs or concerns. The house was very clean for our initial move in and the yard was maintained throughout our stay. I would certainly recommend this house for a furnished stay.
