exceptional little oasis
Such a lovely, comfortable, private, specious, and beautiful place. Close to beach, restaurants, main highways, and shopping areas. The apartment is equipped very well. I had everything I needed for my stay. J and S are amazing landlords, very quick to response if you need them. Area is very quiet for those of us that work nightshift. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality.

little home in the trees
Ive been travel nursing in SD county for 2 years, and lived in 5 different apartments. This one is the best Ive found overall and not just for the price. Newly renovated. Cozy. IN UNIT washer dryer. Dedicated parking space. Fully stocked kitchen INCLUDING ninja bullet! The owners were so nice and responsive even providing an email of good restaurants/spots in the area if you arent familiar! They provided a cozy home that met all my needs as a Night Shift nurse. No issues with noise AT ALL. PLENTY of storage which Ive had an issue with at places before. I cant write enough great things about J and Sa space! If its available, and you dont mind studio living (although it is bigger than some 1 bedrooms in the area and gives cool loft vibes more than stale studio vibes) I would go for it!
