great stay in a great location

I stayed for 2 months while preparing to move out of state. it's in a great location in graduate hospital close to stores and restaurants. The room was nice and clean has everything you need and you very seldom see the other people staying. the host is nice and responsive with any questions or needs i had. really grateful to have found this short term stay!!

Great place!

The location is great like it says in the title. Walkable distance to most places. Bus stop is also close by. The landlord is very kind and will help you out with anything. Had a very comfortable stay. Just one thing is that place is one of the older apartments of Philly, in case you’re looking for something modern.

Stayed in this place for 4 months. Nice house in an amazing neighborhood. The owner is very friendly and responds really quickly. He always asks for feedback and definitely works on making the place even better. Absolutely loved my stay and would 100% recommend this place.

Home away from home

Had a wonderful stay! Excellent location, walking distance to major hospitals, restaurants and beautiful parks! Septa one block away as well. The owner is very kind and extremely helpful!!! I will miss staying here and given the opportunity, will definitely return!!!

Great short term rental!

I stayed here while I had a summer internship. The owner is very helpful and the location is great and pretty quiet. If you are looking for a place to stay in the graduate hospital area, this is a great option!

Great Room in a Great Neighborhood

Needed a short term rental for a grad school placement and had a great stay. The owner is very friendly and always asked if I could use anything to improve my stay, just a great guy to have as a host. The house/neighborhood is quiet and the room was comfy and clean. Being within walking distance of Broad St, Rittenhouse Square, the Schuylkill River Trail, and lots of good places to eat was also very nice. Felt very safe in the neighborhood all the time. Staying here has me considering coming back to the general area sometime in the future. Highly recommend!

Perfect Room to Rent

Great place to stay. In a safe neighborhood. Very close to bus (septa rt 40) that takes you straight to UPenn (HUP) and Children's Hospital (CHOP). You can also walk there (15-20 min walk). Also close to bus to Jefferson Hospital (septa rt 17). There are 4 close food stores (Giant Heirloom, South Square Market, Acme and Whole Foods). One block away is a Mexican place that has dollar taco about once a week which is fun to go to. South street is one block away which has many great food and drink places to go check out. The owner lives on property and keeps common areas clean. The owner has his own apartment on the first floor. The top two floors have multiple rooms (3 are rented out long term to very nice people). Key code for each bedroom. You hardly see anyone though when you are there and when you do everyone is very helpful and friendly. Stayed here for 5 months and if I get another contract in Philly I will be staying here again. The owner is friendly, amazing and quick to respond.

Definitely Recommend!

I'm a Upenn student who was in need of short term housing for my final semester and this spot was perfect! Quick bus to campus or a short 30 minute walk (which is usually what I do). The owner is VERY helpful and responsive to any needs which come up, plus common areas are cleaned and general housing supplies (toiletries, linens, towels, ect.) are all included. The space is clean, safe, and you can't beat the location as its quiet, but right near city center. I've never had housing set ups like this but I found it worked well for me! Will miss the owner and other tenants. Great for grad students or people looking for reasonable short term lease!

Great experience.

My first experience with this kind of housing, I stayed one month, and everything was good. Property is well-supplied with essentials (linens, kitchen supplies, laundry, etc.). Host is VERY helpful and welcoming. Sure, you could find something 'fancier' if you want to pay a lot more. But if you want a safe, clean, quiet, convenient, excellent location at a reasonable price--I highly recommend!

Great stay!

Im here working on a travel assignment extended a few times. Let just say outstanding hospitality He showed me great places to eat which are only like a 3 min walk as well as public transportation. The beds are comfy!! Well equipped kitchen. My stay has been Good! This area is safe n nice !!

Comfortable Stay

Very clean. Private room with a lock. Nice appliances in the kitchen. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with a few cute restaurants and coffee shops. Quick walk to a grocery store. Overall I have no complaints, it was a very nice stay and I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend :)

Great location

This property located just south of Rittenhouse Square is a solid accommodation for those prioritizing location. It is a short 15 minute walk to City Hall, ~5 minute walk to Rittenhouse square, and about 4 blocks to the nearest grocery store in either direction. The host is great with communication and responsive to any needs or concerns that I had. They regularly clean the communal spaces (e.g. kitchen, bathroom), which I appreciated. There is an onsite washer/dryer available if you need it. The WiFi is reliable and included in the monthly rent. The neighborhood always felt safe to me, even walking alone after sunset (though I realize I am a guy). While my room size is cozy, it meets all that requirements I need (including a dresser and closet to store all my belongings). All in all, I would recommend this accommodation who want to live near Rittenhouse Square without paying some of the insane prices that the area is otherwise known for.

1st Travel Contract

S is the nicest person ever! So accommodating and responsive. Perfect location to rest your head at night. Area is clean and tidy. Surrounding neighborhood is friendly and safe. Walking home at night felt comfortable. 8ish blocks from Rittenhouse and cute restaurants. 1 block off of South street. 4 blocks from Giant Heirloom grocery store. Such a pleasure staying here for my first contract.
