Great Place to stay!

Great place to stay in the Denver area. E was a great host and the space was very nice and included everything I needed for the stay. Great outdoor space for BBQing, hanging out, or growing plants. Quick and easy access to I25 to go into Denver, and close to Pearl street for great restaurants, farmers market, breweries, etc. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend for anyone needing a place in the Denver area.

Great neighborhood and lovely garden.

This is a great spot with a lovely outdoor space in a charming Denver neighborhood. Great proximity to multiple parks and the cute Pearl St. downtown for restaurants and bars. A short drive to downtown Denver and other great activities along south Broadway. The basement the space feels warm and welcoming. The kitchen is very functional, and the dedicated washer/dryer is a plus. The yard and deck are very enjoyable year round. I highly recommend this space. The property is well cared for and the landlord is great to interact with. The light rail is not far away and very convenient for getting around the city.

Beautiful spot, great garden, excellent landlord

This studio is beautiful; with the wooden countertops, wooden floors, and white walls, it's really a great place to live. My favorite part was access to the garden (I planted a full veggie garden in the beds) and the massive deck with BBQ grill. Awesome location, right near Platte Park / Wash Park, great place to host people, and nice, quiet neighbors.
