Private Junior Suite

Convenient space if you dont really need a kitchen, although you get enough appliances to heat/cook basic meals. Private entrance is a plus. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Highlights of the property were: a beautifully landscaped backyard with seats to enjoy the weather, M**cs friendly dog who loved to say hi, EASY street parking with no pass required, and M**c himself, who was super friendly and constantly communicated with you and was always willing to offer help to make the stay more enjoyable. Location is away from major freeways but close enough to a few hospitals. I would definitely recommend this place!

I really enjoyed my stay in the guesthouse! It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and is the perfect amount of space for one. The space was quiet and beautiful to come home to after a long day. M was super helpful and responsive to all of my needs throughout my stay. I can't recommend the property enough, I will definitely look into staying here again if I'm in the area in the future.

Wonderful apartment. Well designed space and garden with beautiful layout. Convenient washer/dryer shared with 1 other unit. Professional and courteous management. Highly recommended!
