Beautiful place, super wonderful host

I stayed here for a period of 1 year while I worked at State Island and I couldn't ask for a better, private and serene space than this unit. M was a super host who treated me so well with utmost respect. He always responded in a timely manner in case I needed anything. The space is very private and is worthwhile. No regrets at all. I will definitely be going back again to rent this place out when in town.

Excellent Stay

This upstairs apartment has its own entrance and the unit is extremely spacious. Plenty of dressers and shelves for belongings. Large closet for hanging clothes. Convenient location - within walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, retail stores, the laundromat, and public transportation. Bathroom is roomy and hot water is plentiful. The only downfall for some would be if you love to cook glorious meals, this place may not be for you as it does not have a full kitchen. The Landlord lives downstairs and is attentive, quiet, and responsive to any needs. If I have to stay in Staten Island again, I will book this place without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Cozy and Clean

A nicely furnished loft with a den, fridge, kitchenette, & full bath. Bed was comfortable & owner very hospitable & polite. Throughly enjoyed my stay & would again.

Private, clean, and convenient

Close to all commuter lines. Easy trip from NYC. Walking distance from laundry mat, restaurants, and food stores. Well maintained and no problems with heat, hot water, or AC.

Great location

I stayed at this property for a few months between spots. The place is clean and quiet. Great neighborhood only a couple blocks fro shopping and restaurants and transit.
