Beautiful Downtown Condo!

This is a beautiful condo that is fully furnished and very clean. Designated parking spot is a huge plus. The location is great as it is a short walk downtown to restaurants. Also a short drive to multiple local hospitals. The landlord was responsive and great to communicate with. I would definitely rent this condo again if I am in the area and recommend to anyone looking for a rental in the Greensboro area!

Beautiful Condo & Excellent Location!

This condo was beautifully furnished by L; you can tell she puts lots of love and thought into her rentals. I was super thankful that L asked if I wanted the black out curtains to stay up in my bedroom; they are a night shift must for sleep. The location is a short walk downtown to tons of restaurants and breweries. The Greensboro police department was right next door, which gave me an extra sense of security. Several of the hospitals I traveled and floated to are only 5-10 minutes away. I would definitely recommend renting with L to anyone heading to the Greensboro area!
