Safe neighborhood, wonderful host, and warm tranquil environment. Would recommend!!

Wonderful in every way!

This studio is located in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood, and the privacy is exceptional. I was able to park in the driveway right next to the gated entry. The gate and the apartment both have a keypad for extra security. The entry to the studio is at the back of the house, overlooking a pleasant garden where I enjoyed seeing hummingbirds and a roadrunner. Inside the studio the oasis continues. Everything was extremely clean and well-appointed. HUGE closet with plenty of hangers. A comfy bed. Full bathroom with two sinks. A dining table (that I also used as a desk) and studio-style kitchen. There's an easy chair for relaxing and a TV. The apartment is easy driving distance to a good grocery store (Smith's) and a laundromat. (You can do your own loads or pay a reasonable price to have your clothes washed and folded.) The homeowner was WONDERFUL. Very friendly and considerate and respectful of my privacy. It was sad to say goodbye to her. Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat!

Nice property, very gracious host.

Private keypad entry. Well lighted, if you come and go while it's dark. Always felt safe, both in the neighborhood and in my apartment. Very quiet neighborhood. Shared a wall with my gracious landlady and never heard a sound from her side of the building ... well, okay ... an occasional bark from her dog (who will melt your heart). No noisy neighbors and little traffic on this residential street. Soft comfortable bed; everything fresh and clean. Truly a place to unwind and recharge after a long shift. If the dates work out and you can book this location, do it. It's been one of my best rental experiences in over eight years of traveling. You nurses know what I'm talking about. I'm hoping it's vacant when I come here again.
