Downtown Manette

I rented a room at this location this past October. I enjoyed my stay. It was a clean and comfortable space with access to the common areas, full bathroom, living room, dining room, well-stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, extra storage closet, etc. The roommate was very friendly. The landlord was helpful and responsive to any concerns. It was a convenient location within a short distance of the ferry terminal. I would stay there again if I took another assignment in this area.

Downtown Manette

I recently rented a room at this duplex and had an amazing experience. The landlord was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the rental process and became a friend. The apartment itself was in great condition and came with all the furniture and appliances I needed, making my move-in process stress-free. The location was incredible! Manette is darling, right by the water, and offers amenities within walking distance. I also appreciated that the landlord was flexible with the lease terms and allowed me to extend my stay. Overall, I highly recommend G as a landlord for anyone looking for a fully furnished rental. Would 100% stay again!!!
