Wonderful

I stayed here for about 8 months and I had a WONDERFUL time! The Landlords were very very nice and accommodating and if i ever needed anything they were quick to help me out and they are very attentive and kind. I really had an excellent time staying with them and if I am around again I wouldn't hesitate to stay again! I highly recommend this rental!

I stayed here Jan 2024-Feb 2025. Its absolutely wonderful. Sherry and Brian couldnt have been nicer the apartment had everything I needed for my stay and is in a fabulous location (hospital, beach, shopping.. just minutes away). I strongly recommend this location to anyone needing accommodations that are comfortable, affordable and safe. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Wonderful Studio Apartment!!!!

I stayed here for the duration of my contracted assignment at Novant New Hanover Medical Center. It was the perfect place to stay and only a short 10-minute drive to the hospital. The unit is in a great centralized location to many grocery stores, the beach and any other things you would need during your stay. The unit itself was big enough for one to feel comfortable, was clean and quiet. Additionally, the landlords are so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this unit and have absolutely no complaints with my stay.

Great stay!

We loved our stay here! It was a quaint, clean apartment in a great location. We had our own bathroom, kitchen, access to laundry and a separate entrance. S was a great host.

It was such a blessing to stay at this studio. It is fully equipped with everything that one should need. The space was perfect. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and also close to everything. The owners are pleasant and easy to talk to and very accommodating. I would highly reccomend this property.

AMAZING! Would stay again

Stayed here for an assignment at New Hanover Regional Medical Center and it was the best place Ive stayed in thus far. The space was perfect and has everything I needed. They were even nice enough to install a window unit for free during the hot summer in case I wanted it colder. The location was maybe 10 minutes away from the hospital in a nice, safe neighborhood. They are the sweetest people and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent place to stay!

I needed a place to live while transitioning out of Wilmington to the mountains of western North Carolina. This was the perfect spot and fairly priced! It was nice, quiet, and very clean. The owners are very accommodating, friendly, and at the same time, give you all the privacy you need. I had no complaints about my stay and I would highly recommend this property to anybody looking for a short term rental!
