Backyard Bungalow

I had a wonderful 13-week stay in this backyard mother-in-law suite. Jeff and Kim were exceptional hosts-friendly, accommodating, and genuinely committed to ensuring I was comfortable throughout my stay. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful park right across the street and plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance, making everything very convenient. They were always quick to respond to any questions or minor issues and handled everything promptly and professionally, which made communication effortless and welcoming. The apartment had everything I needed for my travel assignment and served as a perfect home base. Overall, I highly recommend staying with Jeff and Kim and would gladly stay here again.

Excellent Find in Tacoma!

Very cozy home with all the necessary amenities located in a peaceful neighborhood. The location is in a great area, close to stores with everything within walking distance. Kim was a friendly host and fantastic landlord! She was extremely responsive when I had any questions or needed anything. Excellent service. I highly recommend this location.

Great Rental

Cute little apartment. Great location with a beautiful back yard. Perfect for my needs. K & J were excellent and went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful! Highly recommended.

Overall, I had a great experience at this rental. Kim helped me whenever I had an issue. The apartment is small, but it works for one or two people. There is also a nice park right across the street that I went running around everyday. My biggest concern was safety because I was going to be living there alone and I felt extremely safe.

Cute tiny house

K is awesome. Tiny house is comfortable. Just the right amount of room for 1-2 people. Very nice backyard to sit and relax in. K is an amazing host. Safe and secure housing.
