Excellent Find in Tacoma!

Very cozy home with all the necessary amenities located in a peaceful neighborhood. The location is in a great area, close to stores with everything within walking distance. Kim was a friendly host and fantastic landlord! She was extremely responsive when I had any questions or needed anything. Excellent service. I highly recommend this location.

Great Rental

Cute little apartment. Great location with a beautiful back yard. Perfect for my needs. K & J were excellent and went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful! Highly recommended.

Overall, I had a great experience at this rental. Kim helped me whenever I had an issue. The apartment is small, but it works for one or two people. There is also a nice park right across the street that I went running around everyday. My biggest concern was safety because I was going to be living there alone and I felt extremely safe.

Cute tiny house

K is awesome. Tiny house is comfortable. Just the right amount of room for 1-2 people. Very nice backyard to sit and relax in. K is an amazing host. Safe and secure housing.
