Amazing experience!

I recently stayed in a unit during my work contract, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The accommodation was not only comfortable and well-equipped, but also impressively clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. Paul was a standouthe was incredibly quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, ensuring everything was just right. He went above and beyond by providing so many thoughtful amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor really set this place apart. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a seamless and pleasant experience!

Beautiful and Peaceful Paradise Valley Condo

Beautifully decorated apartment in north phoenix/paradise valley. Apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you might need to make it feel like a home. Place feels very safe and peaceful. Great relaxing pool to use where you can always find a quiet spot, never too crowded. Theres plenty of good restaurants around the area and having a Target and Cosco next door was very convenient. Paul the owner was accommodating and will make sure you feel comfortable. He was nice enough to bring me three different desk chairs to try out until I found one that was comfortable! If you are looking for a one furnished one bedroom to stay in the area I would say it is very fairly priced.

Perfect home away from home!

I stayed at this condo for two months when I first started working in Arizona. It was the perfect home away from home. Everything you need is literally within a mile. P was always available when I reached out to him, even leading up to my arrival. He was very flexible and made the move in absolutely seamless. The suite itself is immaculately redone, its so cozy and P made sure it was move in ready right down to all your start up needs- coffee, tea, cleaning items, toilet paper etc. The pool is just around the corner from the suite and was perfect on sunny days. The area and complex was very safe, I never worried about coming and going on my own. The parking stall is also just to the left of the unit entrance. Overall I highly recommend this suite and would definitely rent it again if needed.

Home away from Home

This is the property and property manager you have been looking for. This place has everything I could have wanted and needed. It is close to everything. Well maintained, modern, nice and cozy. For anyone out there on the fence, just commit to this place, you won't be disappointed at all. Well worth every dollar and cent.

Convenient, Stylish, Near Perfect Condo

Ps condo is the perfect home away from home! When I arrived I was so pleased that the apartment was exactly the same as the pictures-actually even better! Its so clean and nicely decorated and was stocked with all the essentials. The amenities are also a bonus, the pool and laundry room are kept nice and tidy and the property is well maintained. The community is gated so youll feel safe if living alone. I love the location because youre not very far from major hospitals, downtown Phoenix, or surrounding towns like Scottsdale/Mesa but its also quiet and peaceful! To add, I cant say enough good things about the owner, P, who is very kind, accommodating and always available if you have any concerns. You will feel right at home. I would live here again!

first tenant!

My husband and I were the first tenants at this property! P purchased it halfway through our lease and was a great landlord. The condo and community are great. The tile in the bathroom is stunning and I will probably always remember that very small detail .. Only downside was in the summer the pool isnt temperature controlled, or at least not very well, so the water was usually bath water by like 2 in the afternoon.
