Had an excellent stay at this apartment! Clean, stocked with a good amount of linens and dishware, and free laundry! Parking was always easy and available. Delano was always kind and easy to get in contact with!

This is a great apartment with easy/always available free street parking that's on a quiet block but within walking distance to many restaurants/bars, coffee shops, and parks. The property owner is very kind, prompt and easy to communicate with. I really enjoyed my time here.

Top tier rental experience w/ amazing landlord!

I cannot emphasize enough what a pleasure it was staying here! I rented one of the ground level apartments while I was in Philly working at one of the area hospitals. The location is quiet, convenient to major roadways, and has abundant free street parking. There was plenty of linens, plateware and silverware, and starter supplies. The laundry room's two washers and dryers are free and rarely unavailable. D was very responsive and kept me informed on any issue. Recommend recommend recommend!!

Amazing Stay

Amazing property! Really clean apartment. Parking was so easy. I had a travel assignment in South Jersey and the commute was so easy. Quiet neighborhood. Will def miss it!!!

Great Place for long term stay!

The property owner is awesome! My wife and I stayed in this apartment for five months. It is well suited for longer stays with an equipped kitchen and access to laundry facilities. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood near restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation. We found abundant free street parking right outside the apartment entrance. The owner is super responsive and takes swift action to resolve issues. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when we are in Philadelphia.

Perfect Short Term Stay in Good Location

My wife and I staid at D's place in September and October as we were transitioning back to Philly and needed a short-term stay. The apartment is small, but had everything we needed and we felt very much at home. The apartment was clean and in great shape when we arrived, and D was very responsive when a minor issue or two arose. We had no complaints about the apartment and D was great to work with. Plenty of free street parking, quiet block that is mainly the Ukrainian church and related properties. There is an event space at the other end of the block and some nights parking was tough, but that was rare and never any noise issues.

Great Stay!

I stayed here for a travel nurse contract these past 3 months and have nothing but positives to say. From booking to leaving it was so convenient and easy. Street parking was definitely a highlight considering it is rare to find free, easy parking in Philadelphia. Great location and price! Very easy to contact someone with any questions I had and their guidebook made everything go so smooth. The bedroom does get very bright during the day so if you are night shift like I was make sure to bring an eye mask for some darkness. Overall, I enjoyed staying here so much and was sad to leave. I would 100% book with these guys again!
