Exceptional
This home is centrally located in South Durham, close to all major highways, shopping and restaurants. The owner went above and beyond to make sure that anything we needed was available to us. She was only a phone call away. If I ever travel to Durham for work again the Taylor house would be the first property I contact!! Great experience.

The Best
J is the best. So responsive, helpful and kind. The house is so well furnished and equipped. All of the cooking items you can imagine. (except a coffee grinder! lol) The security system is wonderful. Temperatures maintain well. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Reliable wifi. Roku tv. Huge backyard. Easy access to all the major roads, close to shopping. If you want to live in a home, not have to deal with rowdy neighbors or traffic noise. This is your place. I'd come back in a minute. Thank you, J! You are the best!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood with a big backyard
My wife, our 3 year old daughter and I all really loved this place. 15 minutes from Duke University Hospital, and less than 10 to Target, the Mall and tons of restaurants. House is in a quiet area that felt very safe. Huge back yard that we enjoyed very much. Central AC kept us nice and cool. Owner was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Great experience and we definitely recommend.
