Great Stay!

Everything about this stay was great from the location, to the condo itself, to David's hospitality. As a young woman, it was important to me to stay somewhere I felt safe. David was great about giving me privacy and also being very accommodating! The condo itself is very modern with all the latest updates. It was super nice to come home to after a long day of work! You also have access to a pool/hot tub and small gym within the complex. It's also within walking distance to Westgate Entertainment District and not far from Tanger Outlets as well. This made weekends off super fun! I would 100% stay here again if I was placed in the area and I recommend it to others.

Excellent find w/ great amenities and a great host

D was a wonderful host and has a great smart condo - he's probably one of the most tech savvy people I've ever met. Everything from check-in to getting settled was super easy bc he had it all set up from his phone. I was here for about 2 months toward the end of the year and had a blast - it was excellent weather, close to work, in a gated community so I felt safe leaving my car around, and walking distance to the stadium (though unfortunately the Cardinals lost the game I saw LOL) and also walkable to a lot of food/bars/entertainment at Westgate. I also loved the pool and hot tub here - it was never super busy. The gym was also really nice and had what I needed for a quick workout. I would recommend having a car if you live anywhere in AZ just to get groceries and go hiking/to the city. I would definitely rent again and would recommend to others. D is a great host (and you will get extremely jealous of his cooking skills bc it smells incredible when he cooks LOL).

Oasis in the desert

D's condo is immaculately kept and a joy to come home to after a rough day at work. He has set everything up to meet any traveler's need - fully stocked kitchen, high speed wifi, washer/dryer, parking. I felt like I had everything I needed and could just worry about work, without worrying about the usual small little details that add to the stress of travel nursing. Everything in his home is well maintained and thoughtfully designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, down to the bedding and pillows that seem to be chosen specifically for how good they are to sleep on. D is very much into the latest and greatest in tech and his home has lots of smart-home features including smart lights, speakers, Apple TV, security system, etc. The condo has a security fence and is located in a very clean, quiet, and safe feeling area. There's also a pool, gym, and hot tub on the premises so there's no excuse to not burn off some of that Covid 19 lbs you gained. 5 stars!
