Room in beautiful historic home

The room is located in a beautiful, well maintained, historic home in a really pretty area of Philly. I worked in Conshohocken, a 10mi/ 30min drive away. Plenty of parking- my preferred spot was in front of the house, not directly under the trees. The room has a closet, mirrored dresser, Q bed, fridge, microwave, toaster, a TV w/ Roku, a sofa & chair. This room did not come with w/ a private bath- it's a shared bath. However, due to availability I was able to rent with the private bath. I would have stayed longer, had the private bath been available. Landlord also accepted my pets: 1 cat/ 1 bird for an extra pet fee per month. A relief to find a place who will take your "well behaved" pets. Landlords are nice people who do try their best to accommodate their guest. They're good people. I enjoyed my stay in this room, I highly recommend it.

Perfect firat time traveling experience

Mrs Shirley and Mr Jerry are perfect hosts! 10/10. I had just started traveling as a tech and this was my first ever assignment and home away from my hometown. They made me feel extremely welcome and I really enjoyed my conversations with both of them. The room was perfect. It was decorated so cute, had tons or room and space for me and my things. The room was equipped with a fridge, microwave, air fryer, couch, tv, and a large dresser with mirror. It is a close (5 minute) commute to Jefferson Eibstein. Quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, stores, gyms. Thank you so much for making my stay so amazing! I enjoyed meeting you and appreciate you both so much and will definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area again.

New Philly Friends

The Room was very Clean and Quiet (bedroom / bathroom) in a beautiful historic home. Worked great for an internship opportunity in the Willow Grove area. The room was comfortable with a couch, dresser, closet and flat screen TV, small fridge and microwave. The laundry is available inside the home on a lower level. Good street parking in a well lit area. The Hosts were Very Cordial with requests and we now call them our friends.
