Cute apartment with all the amenities

This is a great little apartment in a safe, friendly and walkable neighborhood. It was sparkling clean when I arrived and stocked with all the condiments and cooking staples you might need to start your stay, as well as a container of snacks and treats. The apartment is comfortable and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items and if you need anything additional, Cristie is more than happy to assist. She is also kind, responsive, easy to work with, and clearly cares about the presentation of the apartment and your comfort. There is a nice walking path just out the apartment door and if you are traveling with a pet, the fenced backyard is perfect and the neighborhood is dog friendly. Its conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants as well as an easy drive to downtown Portland. I will be in Portland again and if the apartment is available, will definitely book it again.

Wonderful property

This property has it all! Clean, updated, gas appliances, coffee bar (with lots of coffee options) and even a grill that sits on a beautiful backyard patio. C made sure I had everything I needed to start my stay. The fridge was stocked with condiments, juice, cheese, butter, yogurt, the list goes on. The cupboards included anything you could imagine for cooking and lots of snacks! The area is quiet with multiple hiking trails right outside the door. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Enough driveway space for 2 vehicles. And receiving packages was easy. C was very responsive. If I needed anything she was just a text away. I highly recommend this property for your stay in the Portland area!

Best Apartment

I honestly got so lucky finding this apartment. The homeowner was super accommodating to all of my needs, was easy to talk to, gave lots of recommendations, and kept the place fully renovated. You could tell that she truly cared about you having a good living experience. Short drive to Legacy Good Samaritan for me. The neighborhood was quiet and great for taking a stroll in. Close to several restaurants, grocery stores and other stores! My pets were also very happy with the apartment as well. Always happy to answer further questions about the location if needed.

Quiet and serene home

I stayed in the middle apartment in 2016, LOVED every part about it! Upon returning in 2021, I stayed in the bottom apartment. C is delightful and very accommodating with all requests and clarifications upon arrival. Both the middle and lower apartment spaces are decorated with modern style and very clean. The beds were so comfy too! Which is so important to me. I am a medical traveler and it was an absolute pleasure to stay at this location again, so much so I didnt want to leave! Great neighborhood, quiet and safe. There is also a nice walking trail nearby which is a sweet treat. Great location, easy to access the city and local hospitals. I highly recommend these spaces for short and long term stays!
