Lovely Summer in Loveland

The home was very clean and had everything that is needed for a furnished rental. Location was fantastic. Within walking or biking distance to downtown Loveland with great restaurants, bars and shopping. It is close to outdoor activities including the Big Thompson River Trail and Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park. The home has a large backyard and cozy front porch which were positive extensions of the home. Robin was an excellent communicator and respected our privacy during our stay. I would highly recommend this home during your time in Loveland, Colorado.

A Rare Gem

This downtown bungalow truly is a rare gem!!! The home is lovely with so many small details to make your stay feel like home!!! I truly loved my time in this home and it was a safe and comfortable landing as I transitioned into a permanent place in Loveland. I would not be telling the full story if I didnt mention the owner. She is a kind and responsive landlord and Im just so grateful we had an opportunity to meet her and stay in this adorable bungalow!

Amazing home away from Home

Absolutely loved our stay at this amazing home! So many little touches that made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in! New appliances, goodies to snack on, and even bath salts for after those long shifts! R was so accommodating, helpful, and responsive to any needs we had. Plus, they allow dogs - which is always big for us. We would have easily stayed another 9 months! Close to downtown Loveland - literally you can walk! And a quick drive to Fort Collins, Greeley, and Longmont. Honestly, such a great experience. Stay here - you will not be disappointed!

Love this house!

I couldnt have asked for a better place during my stay! The pictures do not do it justice. Private home, brand new everything, super cozy and quiet and a great location! Very convenient to all surrounding locations, 5 minutes away from the shopping areas of Loveland, Ft. Collins was 15 minutes away and a 30 minute drive to Banner in Greeley which was still a straight shot and really easy drive. Every single detail was thought of, the home owner went above and beyond for us and was so incredibly sweet! Everything was in brand new condition, super clean, so much to list! Fruit basket and fresh flowers on the table, charcuterie board, bottle of wine, hand warmers, electric blankets and humidifiers in the closet, and even a bandana and treats for my boy, Axel! There wasnt one thing that I needed that wasnt already there. Saddest part about my contract being cancelled early was leaving my little home away from home. Such a great area and such a cozy little house!
