My sons four month stay in the Birdsnest condo was beyond our expectations. Its managed by responsive and welcoming owners. They even gave him a welcoming gift. The condo is in a great location, halfway between main and east campus and within walking distance to many dining options. The new queen bed was really comfortable and the couch opened up to a nice twin bed. Its clean, well maintained and attractively furnished. The underground parking spot is a plus. The condo is well equipped, they have thought of everything. From towels, blankets, sheets, mirrors, kitchen supplies, Kleenex, AC unit in bedroom, grocery recycling bags, games such a frisbee golf, it was all appreciated. It even has a small Christmas tree. I encourage you to book the condo. You wont be disappointed.

Good Location

This condo suited our needs well. My boyfriend and I stayed here during my assignment in Boulder. P and T were very helpful through our entire stay. Very close to BCH and not far from anything else Boulder has to offer!
