About the landlord
Rick
We have owned this home since 1985 and have loved living here. The kids are grown and gone so we thought we would rent some rooms out. The house sits on 1 1/2 acres and is secluded with off street parking. We have one nurse there now who started out for 90 days and 2 years later she is still there and loves it. We are close to a bus line and bike trail too.
