Great stay!

We stayed in the middle unit (unit 2) for 3 months and it was a a great stay! The view out to the Puget Sound and mountains is unbeatable - amazing way to wake up and enjoy your coffee! The unit is spacious and beds were comfortable. Would stay again!

Beautiful Queen Anne Home with Great Views and Responsive Homeonwer

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a little over three months and had a great experience. The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood near the top of Queen Anne, close to parks, cafs, good walking routes, and bus stops. The deck has an excellent view of the Olympics and Puget Sound, perfect for catching sunsets. The home is well furnished and set up for longer stays. I even picked up a few ideas about efficient kitchen layouts. The homeowner was very accommodating and quick to respond whenever we had questions. Overall, a perfect long-term stay in one of Seattles most charming neighborhoods.

Location, ease, & light!

I stayed here for a month and a half and loved so much about this unit. I walk daily, and Queen Anne is such a gem. The neighborhood is safe, the homes are lovely, and the neighbors are welcoming. Barb was a great communicator from the start, always quick to respond, which made the whole rental process easy. The home is cozy with a beautiful view and a big deck. Since it was summer, I ate outside almost every day. The living room and kitchen had everything I needed, and the bonus office room was perfect for focus time. I slept in the smaller room, and Barb added an AC before I arrived, which made a huge difference. Laundry was easy and the machines worked great. The downstairs neighbors are warm and kind. I felt safe, comfortable, and at home. The unit fits one person well and would work for two. I didnt mind the stairs since they gave me that view. The parking spot behind the house was a great bonus. This is a home with character and good energy in a great neighborhood.

Queen Anne

I cannot recommend this property enough! It is in a perfect location and everything you could need is within walking distance. We felt safe and secure in this beautiful family neighborhood. The apartment has all the amenities and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. B was a wonderful host and answered any and all questions quickly. The downstairs tenants are lovely and so welcoming. Absolutely the best place to stay in Seattle.

Great Place to Stay

This home was a great place for us to spend part of the summer in Seattle. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great with walking distance to shops, restaurants and parks. The home was equipped with the right amount of dishes, pots and pans, silverware and bedding and extra touches like liquid hand soap, air freshener, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, paper towels, etc. The beds were very comfortable! The owners were very responsive and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some coffee. The downstairs tenants were also warm and welcoming and we enjoyed talking with them.

8th avenue Queen Anne

Stayed nearly 5 months while on contract and couldnt offer more praise to the property. Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood within a short walk or drive to all things Seattle. Unit is spacious, clean, and well kept and easy to contact owners if need be. Top it off with some of the most friendly neighbors below the unit. Truly has been my favorite rental location to date!

Welcome to 1930!!

I absolutely adore this property! The owners are great and easy to get ahold of, if needed. The property has the best view of the sound and feels so homey! The location is in a very safe area and within walking distance of so many stores, restaurants, and the infamous Kerry Park! The downstairs neighbors made our stay even more enjoyable! You may get an invite for cocktails on the patio!! I would highly recommend and would stay again if ever back in Seattle!

Spectacular

I absolutely adored this rental. My boyfriend and I lived here for three months and fell in love with the unit & the area. The apt is so spacious, well furnished & the landlords are wonderful. I think my favorite part of living here was the view from the deck/kitchen/living room . This place has it all, comfortable beds, great view and a wonderful bakery right down the street. We hope to find ourselves back in this unit in the future!

Great place to stay in Queen Anne

My roommate and I stayed here during our contract for summer for 2021 and this unit was a perfect fit for us. B and G are very friendly and are quick to respond to any needs. The place was clean, organized, & well decorated with super comfortable beds. We had all the bedding and kitchen supplies we needed. Plus the view of the Olympic mountains is amazing. We loved the neighborhood of Queen Anne-a quiet and peaceful place to be. Definitely recommend this place!

Perfect Queen Anne spot

We had an amazing stay this summer at Barb and Garys! The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The space was clean and we immediately felt at home upon walking in. The beds are super comfy, too. Plenty of closet space and the extra office room was great for storage. B was extremely prompt on addressing any concerns we had (which werent many). Neighborhood is super safe and friendly. Walking distance to coffee shops and Queen Anne ave. Plus a great porch with a bbq and an amazing view of the Olympics. It was my favorite place to stay as a travel nurse!
