Amazing and Kind Kate

I cannot gush enough about what a wonderful experience this has been and what a wonderful host Kate is. For you night shifters, it is quiet and tranquil. it is close to just about everything you need. the room is great; you have the whole upstairs. Internets are fast and you also have access to pretty much all the streaming servers. Also, Kate is the perfect because she is someone to chat with but also understands- is comfortable with not interrupting you- I have truly made a friend, and wish I could stay longer- you're the best Kate!

Cozy and homey

My short stay here was wonderful! I felt like I was staying at a relatives house while I was here. Kate and Willie are both so sweet, laid back and easy to talk to. About a 20 min drive to Maple Grove Hospital. I'd recommend this place for anyone looking in this area!

Home away from home.

K and W are warm, amazing and loving people. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live during my 6 months stay in Coonrapids. I had my own room, living room and bath to myself, what more privacy could l have asked for? The place is very beautiful, the pictures on the site do not do justice to how nice the place is. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful with very close proximity to stores, restaurants, and gas stations. If l have to come back to Coonrapids for anything, l would choose to stay over in your place again and again. And to think that l was pregnant and close to giving birth by the time l was leaving, they really took very good care of me and l am forever grateful to them. My family can't stop talking about the warm welcome they were given when they came to visit during Christmas. It was simply a home away from home experience for me.

Beautiful place and wonderful people.

Beautiful home on a quiet dead end street. The couple that owns and lives here are absolutely wonderful. 10 minute drive to mercy coon rapids. I had a private bedroom, bathroom, and a loft living room. The kitchen is shared and I also had a garage space while I was here. I would love to stay here if I ever start traveling again.
