Great location, spacious room and awesome innkeeper

Would stay again for sure. Room provided was huge. Like a studio apartment. Bathroom is right next to it. Laundry is in the basement and is open late until midnight. Elevator is slow so the stairs are available if in a rush. It's nice and cool since its right next to the river. It does get awfully warm when the heat is on so I had to leave the windows open. There is a bit of construction about 60% of the time so pack earplugs. Otherwise the place was great.

The Perfect Stay!

I came to the area for a pharmacy rotation, and everything was great! The place was clean, well-maintained, and fully furnished with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also always felt secure coming and going, day or night. One of the best things about this rental was its location. The subway was just a short walk away, making it really easy to get around the city. I could explore all the sights without worrying about long commutes or transportation hassles. Plus, there are plenty of shops and grocery stores nearby. The host was also very responsive, kind, and accommodating, which made the entire experience even better! If youre looking for a safe, comfortable, and convenient place to stay, I highly recommend this spot. Ill definitely be returning whenever I need a place in the area!

This is a fantastic option for anyone working/rotating at Columbia. Wendee is a wonderful host and super knowledgeable about NYC. Room and apartment is very clean, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet and felt safe. The 1 line stops just a block away which was also super convenient.

Wonderful Room Rental Experience!

I rented this room for one of my clinical rotations, and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The room was comfortable, cozy, and it had all the necessities I would need, and Wendee was very welcoming and truly made me feel at home. Everything was meticulously clean and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like ample storage space, the kitchen had all the utensils you could need, the towels provided, and the shower pressure was AMAZING!!!!! (I still miss that shower). Location-wise, this apartment couldn't have been better. It was conveniently situated and is only a 15-minute walk to the New York Presbyterian Hospital and 5 min walk to the bus stations and the subway, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. Wendee was fantastic, very friendly, responsive, and was very accommodating throughout my stay. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, which contributed to a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

Really nice area and 1 block from the subway. Clean apartment and plenty of storage. Wendee is an amazing host and knows everything there is to know about NYC!

Great apartment in NYC

This place is a great option for a travel SW or RN. There are multiple hospitals within a short walk or subway ride. The property is in a great neighborhood, close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and the subway. The host is fantastic and really knowledgeable about NYC. The rooms in the apartment have ample storage and space to make yourself at home.

Wonderful place to stay!

I loved my stay at W's place! She was very welcoming and made sure I had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect and met all my needs. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. This is a wonderful place for travel RNs!
