BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE STUDIO, PRIVATE ENTRANCE IN A QUIET AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD

I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying in this studio casita while working in Santa Fe. I felt at home in the space. The studio is very clean and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Walking trails are also in the neighborhood. The hosts are lovely and did an amazing job with this space. Its even better in person. The balcony with those views are truly breathtaking. Im going to miss it here and if I ever find myself in SF again, would definitely stay here again!

I stayed with Elizabeth and her husband for a few months last summer during a study-related visit to New Mexico. The studio itself is beautiful and has everything you need to live comfortably. The bathroom in particular is luxurious, having a stunning, spacious shower with a skylight and in-unit washer and dryer (a huge boon). The closet has plenty of room, and the balcony is gorgeous, with colorful sunset views almost every night during the summer. This brings me to another point: the neighborhood, which is quiet and surrounded by amazing trails with lovely sights of Santa Fe. Short trails (less than an hour long), a central plaza with a fountain, and tennis and basketball courts are all right around the corner. The neighborhood is just off the highway, which makes it convenient to commute to Los Alamos (about 45 min away) and get to downtown Santa Fe (about 15 min give or take, including time to find parking). I won't go on a tangent about New Mexico and its captivating attractions, but the location puts you in a great position to experience everything the Land of Enchantment has to offer. The studio ticks all the boxes, but perhaps more importantly, the hosts are wonderful and caring people who showed me a lot of kindness during my time in New Mexico. This was a completely new part of the country for me; I had no prior family or friends in the area before visiting and had to become accustomed to living in the wide-open Southwest coming from a big northeastern city. Elizabeth, her husband, and of course their adorable dog Scout showed me a great deal of warmth, offering me everything I needed to feel at home and enjoy my stay in the Santa Fe area. Their friendliness and hospitality went a long way and made their home feel like my home as well. I cannot recommend this studio enough. You will get a real slice of New Mexico, stay in a inviting home, and feel comfortable knowing your hosts are supportive and helpful folks who want you to have a great stay.
