AMAZING RENTAL EXPERIENCE

I am a travel nurse from Texas and I just want to say that Lisa definitely provided some southern hospitality. She answered any texts from me within minutes. This location was close to both of my hospitals and my gym. The neighbors were friendly and looked out for me while I was out of town. The garage parking was convenient and I never had a problem with my mail. Lisa had everything I needed from linen to dishes and silverware. This 3 month stay turned into a year and almost 5 months. This neighborhood is so safe, quiet, and not a homeless person in sight. I slept like a baby during the day. I am now becoming a local so this is the only reason I am moving. This place was my peace.

A Great Place to Stay

I lucked out when I found this rental and would have stayed longer if my work assignment had been extended. It's in a safe neighborhood next to a strip mall and studio but it was quiet. It was fully furnished and all I needed to do was bring a suitcase full of clothing. L & S were readily available when an issue arose and they were in constant communication with me until the issue was resolved. I could easily get packages delivered despite it being a secured complex. They thought of everything to make it a smooth stay for me and I truly wished I could've stayed longer. I will definitely look into this rental again should I be back in town.

Safe and Great locatikn

I loved this studio unit. It came equipped with all the necessities. Great location you could walk less than 5 minutes to Starbucks, Vons and any of the restaurants in that plaza. L and S we very easy to get in touch with. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The Perfect Place

This studio was the perfect place to rent for my daughter who was doing an Internship in Burbank. It was the perfect size for her, super clean, very nicely decorated and furnished with everything you need including extras like; a water cooler, air filter, air conditioning and Keurig. It came with a parking space in the gated garage area. The complex and surrounding area is very safe with a lot of working professionals from the nearby studios. There were always people out and about, walking, jogging or walking their dogs, throughout the day and evenings. Because its mostly older people and younger working professionals, its also very quiet. Its located close to grocery shopping, Starbucks, trendy restaurants and many cute Burbank shops. L, the Landlord/owner was wonderful, very accommodating, helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. My daughter absolutely loved the place and location. She felt completely safe there and so did we. We would absolutely rent it again.
