Great location and host

Nice little studio / 1BR apartment very close to UCSD. Theres a small park down the street and walking distance to Trader Joe's, Starbucks, CVS, etc, which I made use of daily. The apartment itself is functional, is kept clean, and does the job. It's probably due for updating some appliances and remodeling the bathroom as there are some aspects that are starting to show their age. Even with that, I'd still give it five stars given the location, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the host. Jing was amazing- incredibly responsive throughout and relieved a lot of stress from the experience. Recommended!

Wonderful little La Jolla condo..

Best Landlord Ever.. Jing is a pleasure to work with. We loved this unit ...04 to Dog Park and .04 to every store imaginable.. 1.8 miles to the Kellogg Park..La Jolla beach..Very Safe..Walked the dog late at night never a problem.. Lots of street parking but this unit had a dedicated space whihc was awesome.. Will stay again and send Family and Friends to Jing..

Great place to stay

Its located in a great and safe area. Grocery stores and restaurants right across the street. The apartment is in great condition and as nice as the pictures show

Great spot in La Jolla. Quiet, friendly, close to the highway to get downtown!

Amazing condo in prime location

My daughter and I stayed at this super cute condo! It's location was perfect for us! I worked at UCSD and it was less than 2 miles away! Conveniently located near two amazing shopping centers that included Ralph's, Trader Joe's, CVS, Best Buy and so much more! Freeway access was also less than 2 miles away. J was a wonderful landlord! She was very understanding, professional and very personable! Anything you needed she was quick to respond and take care of! Her condo is stocked well and I highly recommend her place for your travel home! I would absolutely stay at any of her properties again in the future!

Cute and quaint apartment in North Park

This apartment fit me and my partners needs perfectly! Being in walking distance to so many restaurants and breweries has been a treat. We even have a dog, and its been an easy experience getting in an out with him on walks. I would definitely recommend this to travel nurses and even non-travel nurses if you are looking for a furnished place to stay. J was attentive and super sweet as well!

Lovely stay in North Park

Lovely apartment in the middle of everything! You are within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. The landlord is very friendly and quick to respond if there is a problem. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Mary R.
