perfect location when working at banner university medical. able to walk to and from work, hosts were very accommodating and helpful. clean and close enough to downtown!

I had an a great experience staying at this property! The location was perfect because it was walking distance to BHMC. Ryan and his wife were very accommodating. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Fantastic Stay Fantastic Hosts

First-rate experience! My wife and I stayed in Unit 3 (efficiency) for a month then moved over to Unit 1 (2 BR) for a month. Both units were very clean, thoughtfully furnished and very quiet. Everything we needed (dishes etc) was available. Internet service was great. R and K were super helpful in every way fantastic hosts! We loved the location - walking distance to downtown and on the 12th St. bike route. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and could not have been happier with our choice of apartments. We highly recommend!

Great Stay

I stayed in the 2 bed / 2 bath at this property. Amazing location - close to hiking trails, a 5 minute walk to Banner University, and a 20 minute walk to Roosevelt Row! The unit is cute and clean, the pool is a must for the Phoenix heat. While I was here the other two units were being rented out to other travel nurses, so you get the sense of community while still having your own space. K + R are flexible, responsive, and all around good people. Cant recommend this rental enough!

Perfect Location, Perfect Hosts

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect, especially since I was working at BUMC-P, which I was able to walk to in five minutes! The studio is small, but has all the conveniences one could desire, and the walk-in shower is HUGE. It's very comfortable, and the other tenants were quiet and respectful. K and R were superlative landlords, very responsive and always just a text away. If I ever stay in Phoenix again, I will definitely stay in one of their properties. Highly recommended.
