This unit is located over the garage on a quiet cul-de-sac. Your space is only your space. The washer and dryer is located in the second bedroom. There is a fenced-in area in the backyard with a patio and firepit that you may also have access to.

This two bedroom two bathroom apartment is located over our garage. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. The kitchen/living room is between the bed/bathrooms. The washer and dryer are located in the second bedroom. Your parking space is right by the steps to your deck. And yes, we have chickens that free range in the mornings before we head out. We also have a gold fish pond under the deck.

Fantastic Stay
I stayed here for a couple months over the holidays, exploring Charlotte and spending time with family! This space is cozy and charming and in a beautiful neighborhood! Also the hosts are absolutely the sweetest people and would provide anything that needed. They truly made you feel part of the family! Definitely would stay here again :)

Great Place to Stay
I stayed here for about 3 months while I was looking for an apartment. Great neighborhood, nice apartment with any amenities you need, and one of the best host you'll ever meet. Would highly recommend staying here!

Truly the best!
My fianc and I stayed here during a transitional period into Charlotte for over a month. I was able to work from home while my fianc drove a few minutes down the road to the office each day. It was a perfect location, quiet and quaint with super friendly & communicative hosts! We felt completely at home. They truly had everything we needed so it was an incredibly easy move in process. Saying hello to their pup and chickens outside each day was an added bonus ;) Id highly recommend staying in this cute, accommodating apartment for your stay in Charlotte.

Cozy little apartment that feels like home!
My boyfriend and I stayed at this apartment for a little over a month after recently moving to Charlotte. While getting adjusted to the new city, T & E were so welcoming and helpful. This spot truly felt like home. The neighborhood was wonderful - great for walking or running, the backyard was large and very dog friendly, and the apartment had everything you could need. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the Charlotte area.

Best, comfortable stay
T was an amazing host. She worked with us on dates we needed to stay and she always made sure the place was clean. Absolutely would recommend a stay. It had all the amenities we needed for a short term stay and so thankful she allowed pets. The place was just the right size for 2 people and despite the neighbors coming and going, there wasn't much noise or any bother. Great location, only a few minutes from downtown and close to restaurants and shops.
