I will always consider myself fortunate to have been able stay at this residence for as long as I did. Due to the complexity of my work my occupancy here lasted roughly around a year; What a glorious year it was! The studio is spacious, the parking spot made available is private and you are in close proximity to the mall and plenty of fine eateries. However, what truly sets this place apart from any other I have rented in the past is the landlord. Simply put, T is amazing. Through her vibrant smile and accommodating nature she extends a level of hospitality that you just cant put a price on. I cherish my time as her tenant and I would recommend her studio to anyone.

Great place to stay

This is a great studio apartment. Very quiet and private entranceand 1 parking spot. The owner is graat she is friendly and gives you yor prrivacy. Close to grocery stores and shopping mall and Restaurants. I was at Riverside Comm Hospital 15 min drive. I appreciate this owner. This is a great rental .

Exceptional Experience

My stay was exceptionally great. T made everything smooth and comfortable for me. She went above and beyond. Any minor issues I had were resolved expeditiously. The studio was clean cozy, and comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. The rental is located around major shopping areas so everything was assessable. T made me feel right at home. I would recommend to anyone interested in renting.
