Great Deal
I've now stayed in both of C's apartment buildings over the course of about year. The apartments have both been clean and bug free. C respondeds to messages quickly, and issues are resolved promptly. I've always had quiet neighbors, and most of the people living in the complex are either travel nurses or families. If I ever have an assignment in Clearwater again, either one of these apartments (1bedroom or 2b) will be my first choice.
