No Better Place in San Francisco

The five months that I stayed in Ianthia & Bill's cottage were really extraordinary. It would be hard to find a better neighborhood, view, amount of space, and quality of an apartment in San Francisco with such quality people owning the property. No question one of the best place I've had the privilege to call home to date!

A True Gem in San Francisco with Amazing Hosts!

I lived here for a full year and cant say enough good things. Ianthia and Bill are wonderful hosts - kind, quick to respond, and always respectful of privacy. The unit itself is private, spacious, and filled with storage: a huge living room with comfy couch and dining table, a separate bedroom with a big bed and closets, a well-stocked kitchen with full fridge, stovetop, and plenty of cookware, and a bathroom with cabinets and a roomy shower. Laundry is just steps away in the garage. Parking can be tricky with street sweeping twice a week, but I always found a spot. The location is unbeatable - across from a gorgeous park with sweeping city views, walking distance to Haight, Divisadero, and the Panhandle leading into Golden Gate Park. Quiet, comfortable, and fairly priced, this home is a rare find. I originally planned to stay three months, but extended to a year - I would have stayed longer if I didnt get a new job!
